ABOUT THE COLLEGE

BTECH Community College (BCC), formerly the Skills Management Institute, in partnership with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), The City Government of Baliwag, and other government agencies has been operating since Year 2010.

BCC stands at the forefront of technical education, embodying a vision of producing individuals equipped with versatile skills, aspirations for progress, and a commitment to positive community change. The college is dedicated to providing hands-on trainings and even online instructions to the different sectors in Baliwag City and the nearby towns.

Our mission at BCC is to provide quality skill-based courses and other community-based trainings, gear to cultivate skills that will empower individuals to contribute meaningfully to the society. We strive to be a catalyst for community’s peace, order, and development.
