ABOUT THE INSTITUTE
- In the Year 2016, BTECH follows the call of escalating its “Serbisyong may Malasakit.” The college established a bond with the Department of Education and started to offer a free Senior High School Program to the youth of Baliwag and nearby towns. The 1st year of offering was supervised by Mrs. Tiffany Joy P. Gonzales, of whom that time is also the Program Director of Skills Management Institute. The offered track and strand were:

- In the 1st year of the Senior High School operation, BTECH catered 468 students who graduated from different public high schools in Baliwag and nearby towns.
- In the 2nd year of offering, the Senior High School population from 468 was increased to 759.
- On April 5, 2018, BTECH SHS had its 1st Commencement Exercises. 333 students from across strands march to the height of their graduation. Honorable Christian Natividad, the Malolos City Mayor, graced the event as the guest-of-honor cum commencement speaker.
- In June 2018, BTECH SHS starts to offer and administer the following national and international training-assessment to its students.

- On April 17, 2019; BTECH SHS had its 2nd Commencement Exercises. 379 students from different strands were hailed graduates. Mr. Nathaniel “Mang Tani” Cruz, the GMA Resident Meteorologist, attended the event as the commencement speaker cum guest-of honor.
